At ABL Contracting Services LLC, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management is a core part of our business philosophy and daily operations. We are fully committed to carrying out all piping and related activities in a safe, responsible and environmentally conscious manner. ABL Contracting Services LLC is dedicated to achieving excellence in Health, Safety and Environmental performance across all operational activities. Our objective is to eliminate workplace incidents and occupational illnesses, striving toward a Zero Accident and Zero Harm culture. We firmly believe that all accidents and environmental incidents are preventable and that strong HSE performance is essential to achieving business growth, client satisfaction and long-term sustainability.

OUR COMMITMENT

  • Comply fully with applicable UAE Federal and Local HSE legislation, client / project requirements and international best practices.
  • Provide and maintain a safe, healthy and hygienic work environment for all employees, contractors and visitors.
  • Identify hazards and assess risks associated with all related activities (e.g., excavation, trenching, pipe installation, pipe jointing, hydro testing, confined space entry) and implement effective control measures.
  • Ensure all employees are trained, competent and fully aware of their HSE responsibilities before undertaking any task.
  • Establish and maintain safe work procedures, including the use of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk operations such as hot work, working at heights and confined space entry.
  • Promote open communication and consultation on HSE matters, encouraging all employees to report unsafe acts or conditions and to exercise their right to stop work in unsafe situations.
  • Minimize environmental impact by controlling waste generation, preventing pollution and promoting efficient use of resources such as water and energy.
  • Develop and maintain robust emergency response plans covering fire, medical, chemical and environmental emergencies.
  • Monitor, measure and audit HSE performance regularly, ensuring ongoing enhancement of our systems and processes.
